At Vibrant Events and Catering Services, we are committed to providing you with high-quality catering and event services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
Booking and Deposits
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is generally non-refundable as it is used to secure your event date and initiate service preparations.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your event more than 30 days before the scheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit, subject to deductions for any expenses already incurred on your behalf.
- If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply based on expenditures such as special orders, labor, and rentals.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional fees for any incurred costs.
Refund Process
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email at info@vibranteventscateringservices.in.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of receiving the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for changes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or partially completed.
- Any special menu items or customized services may have specific refund conditions communicated at the time of booking.
